- If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled as it is unfair to the person(s) booked in after you.
- I do not remove, infill or fix another nail technicians work as I am not insured to do so.
- If you think you would like nail art on your next appointment, please let me know when booking an appointment so that I can book in/allow extra time. Please note that prices may vary depending on the design you choose.
- I am happy to take inspiration from pictures you have found online but please send them to me at least 1 week before the appointment so that I can make sure that I have have everything needed for that design.
- Nail repairs are free within 3 days of appointment - after that there is a charge per nail.
- Nail maintenance - please book your maintenance appointment before you leave so as to make sure you get in before the time comes.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange then please do so with as much notice as possible. This will allow me to offer the appointment to someone else.
- If you are feeling poorly or have been ill, it can be tempting to be pampered. However please do not attend your appointment if you have had any of the following: stomach bug/cold/vomiting etc.
- Aftercare - please insure that you are following the aftercare advice as closely as possible. I am trained to know if you've been looking after those nails or not! After all, your nails are jewels NOT tools - please treat them this way.
- For both insurance and safety reasons, no children under the age of 16 can attend your appointment with you.
Cancellation Fee
Like many nail techs, I have a cancellation policy, which is as follows:
*Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before it's due can be done without incurring a cancellation fee.
*Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs before it's due will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the proposed total treatment cost.
*If you do not show to an appointment or cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 4 hours before it's due, then the full cost of the treatment will be charged as the cancellation fee and any booked future appointments will not be honoured until the balance of said cancellation fee is paid in full.
* Please note that with respect, I reserve the right to withhold treatment to anyone who constantly cancels or reschedules booked appointments.
